Hi,

Whenever I add my own data to the app, I click "Finalize Variable Assignment" and get the following error with nothing loading:

Could someone please assist? The data is all in correct format as far as I am aware.

hey @laresbernardo, thanks for the quick response, it now seems to have an issue with the package and version of R (tried 4.05, 4.1.2, 4.2.2) is there a different one I should be using?

Can you share what the issue is? We recommend to have the latest version of Robyn (dev preferibly) and R should be >4, but the newer the better. Try refreshing your R session and retrying to see if it's a cache thing.

yeah you might well be right, tried restarted several times but no luck so far, this is the msg

So did you update the package with remotes::install_github("facebookexperimental/Robyn/app"), restarted RStudio and tried loading it with library(RobynLearn) and get that error? I think you're trying to update CRAN version (and we don't have RobynLearn in CRAN yet).

Can you share you anonymized data so I can replicate this case and help be debug?

Sorry was a little hasty to close, have a few errors following this so keeping it under the same issue. Now facing a problem with my holidays when computing

Also is it possible to include events when running the explanatory data analysis? Throws an error when I include them but would be very useful as our data is very heteroskedastic due to the high effect of these events

Hey, tried using the new version but error seems to persist. Using the same dataset as before.
