Publish CALM docs to calm.finos.org

Feature Request

Description of Problem:

We currently publish our docs to GitHub pages, it would provide a better branding experience to publish them to calm.finos.org along side the schema and samples.

Potential Solutions:

Add a GitHub Action to build the docusaurus portal and sync to S3 instead of publishing to Pages.

The following secrets have been added to the repository:
AWS_S3_ACCESS_KEY
AWS_S3_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY

The bucket address is in repository variable AWS_S3_BUCKET without a trailing slash.
