📝 Summary
Currently regular transactions and bundles share the same mutex, this can have noticeable latency effects depending on the mempool size a builder is running. This PR adds
bmufor bundle specific operations. I originally PR'ed this in Bundle pool + mutex fix #29 but it also included some other changes which weren't needed.Fixed initialization of testBlockChain in TestBundleCancellations which looks like it was the result of a merge.
