FIO-9587: add interface to FormioProvider to allow for extending Formio object

Description

This PR

• adds an interface with which you can extend the Formio object that you pass into the FormioProvider; and
• adds the currentForm form option to types that we (only) use in the Developer Portal application and that will be deprecated once we update the Action form(s) to not use the resourcefields component.
