Smart Alarm for Wear OS

This version is primarily aimed at migration of API to https://smartalarm.fridgecow.com/, but also has some other tweaks and fixes.

New in this version:
• App name catches up with 2018!
• New export email!
• Tracking notifications are back!
• All backgrounds are now black!
• Time picker has "Done" button
• Accurate timings enabled by default - disable it in settings to improve battery.
• New setting to edit export server URL
• Dependency bump, code clean up, small bug fixes
