Help, my analysis is bad!

I'm really sorry to hear that. I've tried quite hard to make sure sleep tracking is both efficient and informative, however these two things are often at odds.

In future releases, I'd like to re-do the tracking code, but this is likely to take a long time (since this is a side project for me). I know that tracking can be bad, however, there are things you can do right now to improve this.

How can I improve the tracking?

Make sure Tracking -> Force Accurate Timing is enabled. This will reduce your watch's battery life during tracking, but will ensure that regular data-points are collected (otherwise, Wear OS may limit the number of sensor reads). This is disabled by default, however in a future update this may not be the case.
