Add option to rescan directory while scan is not yet finished.
Add option to pause currently running scan.

Windows builds are available for both x86 and x64. "cmd" in package name indicates that default command prompt will be used to show some messages. Visual C++ 2017 x86 or x64 redistributable is required. Try to install it first if you get errors about missing DLL's.

For Linux AppImage is available (only x64).
