Are Cluster Validity Measures (In)valid? — Supplementary Material

Code repository (R package CVI) related to the paper M. Gagolewski, M. Bartoszuk, A. Cena, Are Cluster Validity Measures (In)valid?, Information Sciences 581:620-636, 2021, doi:10.1016/j.ins.2021.10.004.

Note that the cluster validity measures discussed in this paper are also avaliable in the genieclust package for Python and R (since version 1.1.0).

Maintainer: Marek Gagolewski

Authors:

Quality assurance: tested against R packages clusterCrit and clusterSim.

Our functions are 2-100x faster, especially when computing cluster validity indices for the same data matrix but different label vectors.
