Inweb 7.2.0

This is the first (non-prerelease) release of Inweb in its post-2022 era at GitHub. It still contains a number of non-critical bugs reported in recent months, which we hope to correct in a point update, but the release is being made now in order to take a snapshot of Inweb as it stood at the release of v10.1.0 of the Inform programming language.

This was a pre-release only, to tide us over in the period April to August 2022 while the Inform project was emerging into open source, and its use is now deprecated.
