Generate a set of GUM files for a DwC-A.
Suggested approach to use some script so this is tweakable and repeatable.

A DwC-A with a field observation of a mushroom, a specimen (fruit body) and a further material subsample used for sequencing. This captures media, dna, identification history and measurements for the type specimen.

Update: Persistence layer now added for a Java implementation to do this

The java-sdk folder contains this with everything up to and including step 13 (i.e. it misses identifications).

It turned out to be fairly specific to this example, so not repeatable across other DwC-A but would be a decent basis for continuation if necessary. Since we won't continue this, I'll close this issue.

We now turn attention to completing a reference example for Cortinarius koldingesis with manual work to curate the DB. It starts with the result of the java-sdk example and then is augmented to test additional ideas with data. This lives on this branch
