In the "Manage Accounts" section:

  • Open User Creation form
  • Close User creation form
  • Switch to Group Manager
  • Create a group
  • Open User creation form
  • Switch to groups selection tab
  • The new groups is not in the list

If we reload the page, the new group is then visible in the list
