Help system interaction is difficult on mobile

I find it quite difficult to interact with the help plugin on my mobile phone.

We need to improve the interaction with the ? icons, probably also disable the click for the info on the map and so on.

This issue needs to discussed and broken down into smaller tasks.

For this sprint we are going to remove the help tool as is from the mobile layout.

We are going to open a user story for creating a mobile specific tool for help with a better layout and a simplified interaction.
