Open this page http://gregfranko.com/jquery.tocify.js/#BrowserSupport

The page scrolls down but not exacly to #BrowserSupport but a bit over, at least using Chrome

@paglias Make sure you update to the code I just released, because unfortunately the fix I pushed in #12 caused a regression bug for this issue.
