Made the following changes:

• Converted to Typescript
• Migrated from Truffle to HardHat
• Migrated from Web3.js to Ethers.js
• Added HardHat React
• Page resets and refreshes seamlessly when new images are added
• Tip amount is immediately updated in the UI
• Changed to Jazzicon
• System now detects if the account is changed in MetaMask and updates accordingly
• Works with local IPFS node
