I added readme.md and an icon for the topic about Linux learning tools because Linux is getting increasingly popular these days so it needs more tools to learn how to use it. This is why this topic is quite important.

@denisJaved I feel this is redundant to the Linux topic we already have https://github.com/topics/linux. wdyt? Do you strongly feel this should be a separate topic?

It looks like. Now there are way to many linux stuff going on. Seperating learning tools from actual tools for Linux sounds a bit essential
