chore: Use replace to use fork berty/gno, with Amino snake_case and comments

This PR updates to use the berty/gno fork as follows:

• In go.mod, add a replace command to use the latest github.com/berty/gno . This has support for Amino lower_snake_case and comments.
• Update gnomobiletypes/package.go to use WithComments as explained in chore: In amino.pkg, add optional WithComments, use them in GenerateProto3MessagePartial gno#1235 .
• Run make generate to remake the Protobuf files.
• Update api.go and the TypeScript code where necessary to use lower_snake_case for Protobuf field names.
