As a part of gobuffalo/buffalo#2152, updated gobuffalo family modules.

  • updated gobuffalo family modules (genny to v2, plush to v4, buffalo, and meta)
  • force display help messages when running with no argument
  • display heroku version and plugin version
  • migrated from packr to embed
  • use genny/plushgen instead of plushgen package
  • use genny/gogen instead of gogen package
  • remove dependency for markbates/inflect
  • updated test configuration even though currently there is no test cases.

Not sure if this is still useful but just make it up-to-date.
