From gobuffalo/pop#174:

The current Buffalo packaged version (the related issue is about scoop, but I think all pre-compiled versions are affected) is built against an old version of pop with major fizz issues.

A new version should be released.

@stanislas-m Please update it as soon as possible. The Windows Platform is very bad.
Solution:
PS C:\gopath\src\mall> ..\..\bin\soda.exe migrate up

Usage:
soda [flags]

Available Commands:
create Creates databases for you
drop Drops databases for you
fix Brings pop, soda, and fizz files in line with the latest APIs
generate
help Help about any command
migrate Runs migrations against your database.
reset Drop, then recreate databases
schema Tools for working with your database schema

Flags:
-c, --config string The configuration file you would like to use.
-d, --debug Use debug/verbose mode
-e, --env string The environment you want to run migrations against. Will use $GO_ENV if set. (default "development")
-h, --help help for soda
-p, --path string Path to the migrations folder (default "./migrations")
-v, --version Show version information

Use "soda [command] --help" for more information about a command.

@stanislas-m I don’t know anything about scoop. What do you need me to do?

@markbates Scoop uses a manifest: https://github.com/lukesampson/scoop/blob/master/bucket/buffalo.json

It's based on the Github releases, so we need to recompile buffalo to use the pop fixed version. :)

Hum, let's just cut a 0.12.4 from master. Changing a released version will just confuse the users. :)
