update FAQ to keep up with homepage change

The About page also needs better onboarding. Right now it says this:

• Give by answering Who inspires you? on our homepage, and following the steps.

But the homepage doesn't have the text "Who inspires you?" on it! I think this must be a holdover from the old design.

I think for now we should just remove that paragraph altogether. The About pages need an overhaul (#949).
