They're offering us a free account! They're also a top giver atm.

We're minifying CSS but not JS at this point. This would take some infrastructure work. Aspen needs a story here anyway (AspenWeb/pando.py#112). Are we ready for this now? We're not doing that much traffic yet.

Does MaxCDN want to put some dev resources on this, open partnership-style? :)

The $10 bounty on this issue has been claimed at Bountysource.
