[Feature Request] - Temporary Muted/Silenced

There are 2 types of silenced in this feature:

1. Manual silenced: given by an admin, like tempban.
Q: but you can do that manually from telegram.
A: Also we have tempban feature even though telegram has provided this feature.
It will more make sense if we still have 'mod' feature.

2. Automatically silenced: given by bot as action of antispam/antiflood, admin can set the duration in config.

the reason why we still have commands for things like mute is that it gets saved in the log channel, btw

And temp muting/banning through the Telegram client is dodgy. You can only do a minimum of 24 hours as well, whereas bots can do as little as 60 seconds.
