Version 7.03 auto temp fan 1

I added code to enable min fan speed one at 85'F and off at 80'F - this was the fan can get a head start on cooling the finals when transmitting.
The start/stop points are hard-coded , but i added a FAN MIN AUTO button to enable/disable this feature on the home page.

Version 7.02 with bug fix

Finally fixed bug with serial port configuration of WiFi SSID, Password and HOST name. Now reads values, allows 10 seconds to start changing them and if changed; writes new values into eeprom then reboots.

Version 7.00

This update now includes a safety check for power out of the amplifier while in the OPERate mode, but with no PA current. This condition can occur if the amplifier keying circuit is non operational. To prevent damage, the server will automatically switch the amplifier to standby mode under this conditions. Included in rev 7.00 and above

Version 6.11

There was a bug in 6.10 and probably many other earlier versions that had the WIFi begin statements commented out. FOr some reason my test Arduino worked even with those lines commented. This version removes the comments on lines 334 adn 336.
