Namanga Hope Center App License Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Namanga Hope Center ("Licensor") for the use of the Namanga Hope Center App ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your personal device(s) for personal and non-commercial purposes.

3. Use of the App

You may:

Install and use the App on compatible devices.
Create and manage a profile within the App.
Connect with other users through the App’s features.
You may not:

Distribute, sell, or lease the App or any part of it.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law.
Use the App for any unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates applicable laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App are owned by the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use any trademarks, service marks, or trade names of the Licensor.

5. User Data

The App may collect and process personal data as described in the App's Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your device.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [kenya].

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
