When a pipeline is migrated to Harness CI, this automation should optionally support deactivating the repository in the user's Drone instance and deleting the webhook.

Without this capability, if the user's Drone instance is still receiving webhook events, pipelines will trigger in both their Drone instance and Harness CI.
