Description

Terraform defaults to not deploying and not destroying unless I tell it to by typing "yes."

CDKTF does the opposite. If I hit ENTER at every prompt, it will create and destroy infrastructure.

It should follow Terraform's defaults and not take action unless the user types "yes."
