sync versions across npm and bower

RC2 - Fixes Integration with Angular and other frameworks

oh man, so many thing were old and broken for angular. Fixed everything though.

RC1 - Lots of options now

Fixed some small problems with package.json, and added several new options with the 0.3 release. RC1, then tests, then hopefully 1.0

Now with options and jQuery support!

Keeping the size small, the whole plugin compresses down to 1.33kb GZipped!

Initial Release
