initialize-tv.php does not do anything

initialize-tv.php does not output anything and exits immediately

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. php ./initialize-tv.php

Expected behavior
Some output, some activity

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Raspberry pi os arm64 bullseye

I've run cron-daily, cron-hourly and I initialized people and movies

Hi, I actually dug deeper into why TV is not working. It's looking for the TVDB ID which isn't free anymore. I think that's why it stopped working. The scripe is trying to populate TVDB ID in the database but there is no source. I am not sure if this is still being maintained as the creator of this hasn't responded in a long time. I did have to make a few tweaks here and there to get everything else working properly though.
