新增参数，用于设置所关注的主学科类型，可选值为：
computer_science,physics,economics,eess,mathematics,q_biology,q_finance,statistics. 默认值包含所有学科。此参数的设置将会强烈影响检索所返回的文献列表。原始代码硬编码
computer_science，这会导致检索返回列表高度偏向计算机科学。
