Project Lead Steps

Instructions for project leads:
- If you have not done so yet, please Apply to attend Waterhackweek
- Provide and describe open source data to participants on Github or other community repository
- Provide or recruit a Data Scientist and Team Manager available to join Waterhackweek in person (March 25-29).
- Develops a set of research questions for a one week event (10-15 hours of group work).
- Interact with organizers and participants to review project before WHW (e.g. Slack).
- Work with WHW team to learn about the hackweek educational model and contributes to facilitating a positive learning experience for all team members.
Reminder: Waterhackweek particpants are volunteers attending for their own training and educational goals. There is no guarantee of specific outcomes. Project leads should be excited to integrate of new ideas and technology at the discretion of the participants.
