The change let's the agent to create/delete node while taking the parameters from the config.json. The agent updates the UI for the changes. Certs can also be handled now. Imporves hyperledger#75 Signed-off-by: Manank Patni <[email protected]>

The agent updates the UI for the changes made
Peer/CA Certs can also be handled now.
