Actual behavior

newly registered user can't accept team invite without configuring LLM API:

new user can't accept invite

Expected behavior

new user can join the team and use the config that is already there

Steps to reproduce

1. register new user 
2. invite new user to the team

I have the same issue. Providing my machine's ip address as api server and ragflow api key does not seem to work.
