add model Pro/deepseek-ai/DeepSeek-V3 from siliconflow

I am using docker: infiniflow/ragflow:v0.16.0-slim, but can't find deepseek-v3 from silliconflow:

The latest version of the update log does add the support of these models.
“2025-02-05 Updates the model list of 'SILICONFLOW' and adds support for Deepseek-R1/DeepSeek-V3.”
But I didn't find DeepSeek-V3 in the llm_factories.json either.

siliconflow is painfully slow ,even worse than the deepseek official site under attack
don't charge, it's a waste of money
