suggestion(YouTube): move "Miniplayer" section from "General" to "Player"

Suggestion description

To customize and hide the components of the minimized player, the first thing that a user would think is that its settings are found inside the "Player" settings but currently they are inside the "General" settings

Also the name of its section is called "Miniplayer" and so it would be more intuitive for users to find the "Miniplayer" section if it was inside the "Player" settings instead of the "General" settings and so I think it would make more sense to move it to "Player"
