Fix hide-player-overlay-filter patch description. #2

I enabled that by mistake because the description doesn't match what it does so I figured it was wrong. Turns out it has the `hide-suggested-actions` description by mistake, I added my own fitting one but you can format in a way that better fits the Revanced Extended vision. Cheers~ And thanks for the continuous work and great patches!
