Added Reply function

Implementation:

Reply: function (parentId, message, channel) {
   ...
}

Example Usage:

ComfyJS.onCommand = (user, command, message, flags, extra) => {
	if (flags.broadcaster && command === "test") {
		ComfyJS.Reply(extra.id, "Test successful!");
	}
};

Pass in message ID parentID to reply to (required), followed by message (required) and channel to send to (optional). Similar to ComfyJS.Say function.
