Removed `--prefix /usr` from `cmake --install` to let the CMake chooses the correct installation path. Converted device supported table to list. The supported kernels and driver list per platform can be found in release page - https://github.com/intel/linux-npu-driver/releases Added a note about manual how to build compiler package.

Removed
