Support website minor issues + vulnerabilities

changed the support website folder name to <IPSOS_support_website>
changed the support website .html filename --> <support.html>
tested the app, support website and the respective links between the two
fixed issue with one of the images and 3 broken sound examples on support website
fixed some of the npm vulnerabilities
tested again, all working fine.
