Proposed Changes

I added yt-dlp, which is a fork of youtube-dl with added fixes and features. It's actively maintained, has a Discord server, has active support, and is fairly frequently updated. It also has better support for larger playlists. I think it'd be great to mention it alongside youtube-dl.
