Initial Release

This is a first release. Note that the version check routine uses YYYYMMDD## format right now, but I'll convert it to support semantic version numbers like #.#.# in the next release. I'll package up versions with Major and Minor version changes. For now the version check will be against the master in GitHub. I'll have to think about that as well.
