Duplicate GitHub backlog entries created

• Operating System and version: MacOS on M1 Mac Mini

Expected Behavior

Each issue in my Repo should be in the backlog, once.

Current Behavior

I have 7 issues in my repo.
I have 106 issues (dupes) in my backlog

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Setup GitHub key
2. Add Repo
3. Check all the boxes
4. Add user name

19 issues on github, 793 entries in app. It's annoying. How can I clean up the database without affecting project logged hours etc?
It also seem to slow down my computer.

Not sure if this helpful: You can freely delete all git issues without time tracking data.

This seems to happen with the CalDAV backend too, which suggest it might not be provider-specific.

I have the same on the android app.

One more detail - it duplicates only newly created issues. For example:

1. I have issues JIRA integration 'Test Credentials' fails with 'Jira Request failed: searchJira - [object Object]' #1 and More keyboard shortcuts for keyboard-driven use #2 in GitHub.
2. Configure GitHub integration in Super-Productivity. It imports issues and starts to duplicate them each several minutes.
3. Turn off pulling new issues to stop this madness. Deletes duplicated items.
4. In GitHub create issues wont start in windows env #3 and Allow http (not https) JIRA hosts #4.
5. Turn on pulling in Super-Productivity. It imports issues wont start in windows env #3 and Allow http (not https) JIRA hosts #4 and each several minutes duplicates only them. JIRA integration 'Test Credentials' fails with 'Jira Request failed: searchJira - [object Object]' #1 and More keyboard shortcuts for keyboard-driven use #2 are not duplicated any more.
