Resuming crashed sessions

Since June-2018, Diaphora supports resuming an export session that crashed. If IDA or Diaphora or X-Windows or your operating system crashed and you were doing a large exporting session, you can resume the export process from the last check point Diaphora did. Checkpoints (commits to the SQLite database) are usually made every 1% of rows have been processed, after at least the very first 1,000 rows were exported.
In case Diaphora wrongly assumes, for a reason, that the session crashed when it did not, one can refuse to resume the export session by answering "No" to the corresponding UI dialog or, alternatively, removing the filename "exported-database.sqlite-crash".
