Dependencies:

Requires Python 2.5 or greater.

Requires TWS build 887 or greater. TWS must be running before API calls are
made. This is a limitation of the IB TWS API.

In order to execute unit tests using run-tests.py, requires Nose.

The preferred IDE for development is Eclipse/PyDev. Project files included.
