Added the ability to change both out-of-range and in-range alpha

• Renamed the Alpha and Background Alpha Sliders to Out of Range Alpha and Out of Range Background Alpha.
• Added two new sliders for In Range Alpha and In Range Background Alpha

This allows the user to give the in range raid frames some transparency as well.

Sorry for the late reply. Summer vacation is nice for catching up

The diff shows the whole file as replaced, maybe because of encoding or line breaks so that was a bit annoying. I have further simplified the options into just out of range and in range, with the background having the same value
