Partly Closes #449. I've added bootstrap to the home page and updated the navigation bar to be consistent across some pages. The main page is now responsive for all the mobile devices as well as big screens. I've also changed the menu page for the better! The changes can be reviewed below:

Also, I'd like to apply similar changes to all the other pages too in order to improve their look and responsiveness.
@khushi-joshi-05 @sunny0625 Pls approve this PR and I request you to not close the issue so that I can keep working on the other pages too!
