Attempt to address this TDesktop issues:

• Change the Always on Top behavior of the Call Popup
• Auto resizing message block
• 250ms delay added to show emoji panel on mouseover
• removed -- to −, >> to », << to «
• bigEmoj branch: increased the size of emoji and reactions to roughly match their size in the emoji picker.

This is the complete source code and the build instructions for the alpha version of the official desktop client for the Telegram messenger, based on the Telegram API and the MTProto secure protocol.

The source code is published under GPLv3 with OpenSSL exception, the license is available here.
