Main changes:

  • Compute out[id * dstEvery + i] statically. This shaves four instructions off the main loops. (It also frees up a register.)

  • Track "exhausted" by addition instead or OR. This gets rid of an additional instruction. The variable is now also zeroed inside the loop as a dependency hint.

Benchmark results show small speedups on some datasets:
