Create EventEmitter facade that will persist events and send them to websockets

We can use our SubscriptionManager to emit these events to our Websockets.

On this EventEmitter we can do something like @mathnogueira suggestion here.

Another aspect to think about is how we can use the update logic that we already have on the executor package for the Trigger, TracePoller and AsserionExecutor
