rules for submitting

1. all files in corresponding directories ie. (style.css in static/css, .html files in /templates, etc)
2. dont conflict and nuke repo!

To launch web app

1. activate your python enviorment (requirements.txt to follow)
2. run app.py
   • restart flask server upon static file change(ie: any assets html or css changes)
3. will need to make a config.py file in web directory and notebook containing username and password for your mysql database
