This PR replaces the internal implementation of the environment banner by the extracted one found in https://github.com/lblod/ember-environment-banner. This ensures that the environment banner can be easily reused across different lblod projects. The extracted banner also already uses the changes from #314.
The environmentName variable should be explicitly set for in order for the banner to be displayed.
