Add support for Mold as a linker

What problem does this solve?

Some people prefer to use other linkers than LLD, and while no other linkers are supported for bevy dynamic on mac and windows, linux also offers support for mold.

What solution would you like?

Add a way to use mold rather than lld

[Optional] How could this be implemented?

could use an environment variable and/or a parameter fed into the compilation process

This came up in #2 - with @wtfamidoingrn's use case.
